Sounds from the Ninth Candle of Mar Dentro II

Mar Dentro II

What are you doing in these Seas?

I ask for permission to swim

What are you doing in these Sands?

I ask for permission to walk

What are you doing with that guitar?

I learn to find sounds that you, the Seas, the

Sands, the Winds, and all of the Beings sometimes

hear

Help me to find them

This is how Mar Dentro II is born

A candle is lit for each theme

First candle

the night

warm

the Sea

calm

the Beings

of the Sea

brush the skin

but don't touch

emit sounds

but don't talk

the tears' salt

becomes the salt of the Sea

it's beautiful

one hears sounds

to share

Second candle

the storm is strong

the sand is soft

I am tired

I am far away

at my back

a smile

an invitation

the heat

the little cabin

the rest

a guitar sounds

music sounds

of warm shelter

of thanks

Third candle

past

present

future

all

all

the Beings

looking

Inside

Forth candle

She

here

now

creates

knits

molds

music

to imagine dance

dance

to imagine music

Fifth candle

the storm intensifies

my conscience gets lost

in the big surf

I don't know when

I don't know how

I am deposited

in the sand

I am there alone

music

starts to be heard

music

starts to awaken me

now

now I am not alone

now

I am with you

Sixth candle

sitting

on the sand dune

in this altar of dreams

in front of me

the Sea

it would be beautiful

to meet each other

it would be beautiful

if you would find me

have you here

at my side

feel together

together

together

Seventh candle

steps in the sand

light prints

deep prints

the Sea

erases some

the Sea

appropriates others

steps in the sand

paths that cross

Eighth candle

Song

Night

Sea

to Love

Ninth candle

release the thoughts

release the feelings

for an instant

you are the guardian of the Magic

for an instant

you are the guardian of the Poetry

today you are the Music

From the Seas in the year 2011
